GraceAnn Walden
Since
1991, GraceAnn Walden, (gaw@sbcglobal.net),
has written a weekly column entitled the "Inside Scoop" for the San
Francisco Chronicle. She covers the local restaurant scene, the activities
of super chefs as well as trends in the industry.
She appears regularly on KGO radio with Ronn Owens.
She has written features for many local and national
publications like the Wine Spectator, Sunset and Modern Maturity. She has a story
in "Fork in the Road"; a Travelers' Tales publication.
She has
authored six restaurant guidebooks.
She leads culinary, cultural and historical
walking tours in North Beach
on Saturdays and for private groups on weekdays.
Her other tours are Nob Hill, the Latino Mission, Chinatown, Napa and Sonoma.
