Mushroom Sauce

Makes 1 cup


2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms (5 oz.)
3 Tbsp. butter
4 tsp. flour
⅛ tsp. salt
dash pepper
½ cup whipping cream

Cook mushrooms in butter until tender, 5-7 minutes. Stir in flour, salt, pepper until mixture is smooth. Add cream all at once & cook, stirring constantly, until thickened & bubbly.
