An Interview with Jacques & Claudine Pepin

Sally interviewed Jacques Pepin (author of The Short-Cut Cook, The Art of Cooking, La Technique, and Simple and Healthy Cooking) and his daughter, Claudine, co-host of the PBS show Cooking with Claudine. He also received dual awards from the IACP in April, 1997 -- one for Excellence in the electronic media personality category and the second, a Julia Child Cookbook Award in the General category for Jacques Pepin's Kitchen: Cooking with Claudine (KQED Books).
